A Christianburg Wismar man, was on Thursday, sentenced to three years in prison, when he appeared before Magistrate Wanda Fortune at the Linden Magistrate Court via zoom.
The facts state that Yohan London, between March 1st and April 30th 2020, used a computer system to communicate with a child, with intent to induce the child to engage in sexual conversation or sexual activities.
He pleaded guilty to the charge of child luring contrary to Section 15 (4) (a) of the Cybercrime Act No. 16 of 2018.
