While the occupants of the truck traversing the Bamboo area received no injuries, Driver of motor lorry GSS 8971, 35- year-old Leon Adams of Nottinghamshire was injured, along with his porter who has been identified as
‘Sugar Man’. According to reports, his condition is listed as serious but stable. He suffered a broken arm and a dislocated shoulder.
Both men were transported to the Linden Hospital Complex to receive medical attention and remain a patient.
Suffering minor injuries was Jermaine Loyden, a saw-man of Ituni. He was treated at the LHC and sent away.
