Female security guard robbed by armed men in Linden

A female security guard, attached to the Christianburg Nursery School, Wismar Linden, was on Tuesday evening, robbed by three identifiable men, who were armed with a brown handle knife. Investigations revealed that the victim was at work at the Christianburg Nursery School, Wismar Linden, in the guard hut when the suspects, one of whom was armed with a brown handle knife, entered the guard hut and relieved her of one black ZTE cellular, thereafter they ran to the back of the compound.

The victim then raised an alarm and her colleague who was in a nearby guard hut, gave chase and managed to apprehend one of the suspects.

The Police were summoned and the suspect was taken into custody. He was interviewed and assisted the police with investigations which led to the arrest of the second suspect. However, the third suspect made good his escape.
